Q: How to install the printer?
A: We have detail manual and clear working video. Will send together with printer to guide you install, operate and maintain the machine easily. And for some area we also have local technician to give onsite support.
If you need technician visiting from China, we can also arrange.
Q: How to maintain the printer?
A: If no printing for 1 week, just make sure the capping unit closed the printhead properly. If more than 1 week, need to fill in some cleaning liquid into capping unit, then close the printhead. If more than1 month, suggest to take off printhead, clean it. And pack it safe.
Q: Do you supply printer with the XP600 Printhead?
A: Our printer can be equipped with DX8, or DX5 or XP600 Printhead. But we don't recommend.
Because according to our testing the XP600 fit for only waterbased ink. As its inner structure is not corrosion-resistant. When work with Eco Solvent Ink, will clog easily. And lifetime short.

A: 15 months trouble-free warranty. During warranty period, electric parts are covered with warranty. Users send back defective parts and we send the new one for replacement.
